Discover the history of Lake Macquarie. We collect and hold information relating to the peoples, environment, geography and history.

Historic photographs, scanned maps, rate records, suburbs and street names can be searched on the Lake Macquarie History website.

We offer outreach services to local schools and community groups, as well as assisting residents and visitors with research enquiries.

We also create exhibitions for Lake Mac City Council Venues.

We support local historical societies and museums with outreach initiatives.
