Forgotten your password?

You can easily reset your library account password online by:

  1. Going to Reset Your Password
  2. Entering your Borrower ID (the number beneath the barcode on the front of your library card) and clicking "OK".
  3. An email with instructions will then be sent to the email address you gave us when you signed up.

OR

  1. Going to Reset Your Password
  2. Enter your email address, first name, and surname and click "OK".
  3. An email with instructions will then be sent to the email address you gave us when you signed up.

If neither of these methods work for you please call into any Lake Mac Libraries' branch and bring identification with you. For security reasons we are unable to help you reset your password over the phone or by email, you will need to visit a branch. Acceptable forms of ID are:

  • Current driver's license
  • NSW Photo Card
  • Medicare Card
  • Birth certificate
