Sugar Valley Library Museum - Conference Room

The conference room at Sugar Valley Library Museum is available for
private hire for special functions, meetings, ceremonies, small
conferences, product launches or presentations.

Swansea Centre - Lake Room

The Lake Room caters for up to 120 people. Amenities include fixed data projector screen, access to data projector, projector table and lectern (if available).

Swansea Centre – Channel Room

The Channel Room caters for up to 15 people. Amenities include fixed whiteboard, air conditioner, and access to portable data projector screen and data projector table (if available).

Swansea Centre – Ocean Room 1

Ocean Room 1 caters for up to 60 people. Amenities include fixed TV, access to portable data projector screen, projector table and lectern (if available). Access to commercial kitchen is made available for tea and coffee preparation (fee applies if using the cooking facilities).

Swansea Centre – Ocean Room 2

Ocean Room 2 caters for up to 60 people. Amenities include access to portable data projector screen, data projector, projector table and lectern (if available).

Toronto Library Large Meeting Room

The large meeting room caters for up to 70 people and has six computers suitable for small group training with internet access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access and Ancestry.com.

Toronto Library Small Meeting Room

Toronto Library offers two meeting rooms. The smaller room has wonderful lake views and caters for up to 25 people

Wangi Library Creative Hub - Venue Hire

Wangi Library Creative Hub is the first co-located library and art studio in the Hunter. Perfect for workshops, exhibitions, talks, meetings and events of up to 20 people.

General hire information

• Room hire fees vary depending on room size and facilities.
• Discounted fees are available for not-for-profit community organisations and voluntary activities.
• It is not applicable to government organisations, schools or organisations who derive income from the activities funded by others.
• All rooms are available to be viewed during library opening hours.
