New phone number for Lake Mac Libraries

Library Phone Number

From Monday 7 September, Lake Mac Libraries will be operating with a single phone number for all branches.

The new centralised phone number will provide borrowers with a single point of contact for all library-related enquiries.

All existing branch numbers will be redirected to the new centralised number.

The new Lake Mac Libraries phone number is (02) 4921 0111.

When calling the new service, borrowers will be greeted by a pre-recorded message and asked to select from one of the following four options:

  1. Membership, loan or account enquiries
  2. Catalogue enquiries
  3. Information on events, programs and activities.
  4. All other enquiries
