Visitor registrations at Lake Mac Libraries

From Monday 11 January, Lake Mac Libraries will switch our existing COVID-19 registration process to the Service NSW QR Code system.

This alteration is in response to feedback from borrowers and to ensure consistency with community expectations.

To comply with public health orders, all visitors are required to register their contact details when visiting a Lake Mac Libraries branch. We have implemented the NSW Government's contract tracing system.

When visiting a branch, the simplest way to register is to scan the QR Code at the entrance using a smartphone. Alternatively, download the Service NSW App and your contact details will be pre-filled for you to confirm when checking-in.

If you do not have a smartphone, you will be able to register manually with one of our friendly team.

For more information on the Service NSW electronic check-in and QR Codes, visit the NSW Government website.

Please contact us on 02 4921 0111 or email [email protected] for further assistance.
