Scott Bevan is a local writer of national acclaim, with his books including the biography Bill: The Life of William Dobell, The Hunter and his latest title, The Lake: Exploring a Splendid Sheet of Water. Join Scott as he hosts a tour of William Dobell’s art at MAC yapang. Then take a guided lunch cruise as he shares stories of the characters and history of Lake Macquarie – and the joys and challenges of paddling all the way around it. Prior to the cruise view a collection of William Dobell works at MAC – Museum of Art and Culture yapang. Complimentary coffee, cake and tour at MAC – Museum of Art and Culture yapang from 9am.
