Supported by Lily, a Toronto Textile Lab Volunteer .
I am mum of two, a hobby quilter and seamstress @this_darling_life_of_mine. I am also a Textiles and Visual Arts teacher. I moved to Newcastle in 2020, and the isolation that came with this motivated me to ‘stitch’ together a community.
I am a volunteer with Toronto Textile Lab and support the groups social networking, knowledge and skill sharing, as well as being the point of contact. These are not sewing lessons, and I will have my own children to supervise, but I am happy to support people with projects.
