Storyboards are fundamentally important to many forms of visual creativity, particularly film & television, graphic novels, and picture books.
In this three hour workshop Graham Davidson will explain the fundamentals of how to create a “thumbnail” storyboard and help participants develop the necessary drawing skills and work through the various aspects of composition and staging that help to draw the eye in and ensure fluid story telling.
This workshop is best suited for people aged 10 - 18. The ticket price includes all materials participants will need to create their illustrations.
About Graham Davidson
Graham Davidson is a multi-award-winning professional creative with over 40 years’ experience in animation, advertising, illustration and fine arts.
He has taught drawing and animation at TAFE and has been running life-drawing classes since the mid-1980s as well as training industry professionals in VFX through Sydney based Digistor.
