Janette Paul is an internationally published author of contemporary women's fiction and romantic comedy, she is the alter ego of award-winning suspense author Jaye Ford. Her first novel won two Davitt Awards for Australian women crime writers and her books have been translated into nine languages. She is a former news and sport journalist, was the first woman to host a live national sport show on Australian TV and ran her own public relations consultancy before turning to fiction. She now writes from her home in Newcastle, New South Wales.

Saman Shad is a writer, editor, journalist and teller of stories. Much of her work is inspired by her experiences as a third culture kid, growing up and living in Pakistan, the Middle East, the UK and Australia. Her writing credits span mediums, including radio scriptwriting for the BBC in the UK and the ABC in Australia, and playwriting with works commissioned by theatres across London and Sydney. She is a regular writer for several publications, including the Guardian, Sydney Morning Herald and SBS. She has also worked on screen projects, including developing the feature film One of Us with funding from Screen Australia. She is currently working as a screenwriter on a number of upcoming projects. Saman is a proud mum of three children and lives with them and her husband in Sydney.

Natalie Murray is an Australian author who writes romance with all the feels and swoons. Love, Just In, is her debut adult contemporary romance. Natalie is also the author of the time travel romance series Emmie and the Tudor King, which is currently in development for television by Ambience Entertainment. She also co-writes contemporary romance with US fantasy romance author Jenny Hickman, writing as Jenny Fyfe. Before becoming an author, Natalie was an entertainment reporter for Sky News, where she interviewed such high-profile celebrities as Elton John, Angelina Jolie, Sylvester Stallone, Dustin Hoffman, Matt Damon, Cameron Diaz, and Jerry Seinfeld. Natalie grew up in Sydney, Australia, and is the daughter of cookbook author Eva Stovern and the late Australian football icon Les Murray.

Windale Hub has a rear car park accessible from Shade Lane. There is one accessible car park with a ramp leading to the building. The building also has an internal ramp. There is a second entry to the library on Lake Street with 2-hour parking available. The library has accessible toilet and all meeting rooms have a hearing loop.
