Presented by Central Coast comic artist and creator Peter Wilson, this workshop is aimed at beginners or young aspiring writers who want to learn more about the noble art of comic and graphic novel writing.

Workshop will cover:

  • Writing and editing a basic comic script/treatment format.
  • Laying out and pacing your comic panels and pages.
  • Tips to help you effectively work with your artist/art.
  • Lettering and design tips so your words look good on the page.
  • Standard industry terms and standards that will help you as a writer talk the talk and walk the walk.

It’s going to be a fun, informative time, in a safe space where you can ask any questions you may have, and hopefully level up on all those great ideas you’ve got bouncing around in your head!
